Mike Lindell Could Be Facing Jail Time After Posting Election Data Online

Mike Lindell

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, a frequent guest on Steve Bannon’s podcast, revealed on the show that his lawyers believe he could face jail time. Lindell claimed to have posted election data he allegedly obtained from Colorado, challenging Secretary of State Jena Griswold. Lindell has not been charged despite the federal confiscation of his phone, which was linked to suspicions of identity theft and computer-related offences. The court upheld the FBI’s warrant, stating it had probable cause to seize and search his phone for evidence related to federal offences. Lindell’s actions stem from his ongoing denial of the 2020 election results.
